Please contact your account manager via email or phone to start your mail migration. You'll need the following information:
- Domain name of email service you want migrated
- A list of all usernames and passwords you are using (note which accounts have IMAP folders and we can import them to the new service for you)
- A date at which you would like to cut over to the new service
For DNS reasons, it will take us at least 24 hours after you put your request in to migrate your mail accounts.
After migration is complete, we will retain your old mail service for 5 days at http://oldmail.yourdomain.com.
This is in case the DNS cache of someone who is sending mail to your domain has not been updated to reflect the change in your service, your mail will still be delivered to the oldmail domain and will not be lost.
