May I have a default custom error page?

digital.forest hosting servers are setup to serve the a digital.forest error page. This may not be the experience you would like users of your Web site to have when finding a dead link or typing an incorrect address into their Web browser.

To correct this you may create a custom default error page that matches the design of your Web site and provides navigational links to your users, providing them with a way back to your site. If you would link to take advantage of this feature, design a custom error page and place that page in the root level of your account folder on your host server. As soon as you are ready please open a ticket with us telling us what we should set your custom error page to!

Note that our UNIX hosting servers are configurd to serve up a page named "error.html" from your web root directory if the file exists. You can create an error.html file without notifying us if you are hosted on one of our FreeBSD UNIX servers.
