A bug in the current version of the helpdesk software struck us late this afternoon, and the system is currently down. We are installing an update to fix this bug, and will have helpdesk online again as soon as possible.

The disk repair is complete, and helpdesk is back online.

Our diagnostic software is currently repairing the disk, it seems to be taking longer than originally estimated.

We need to run some emergency maintenance on the server, and it should be back in about 60 min.
