Every effort will be made to minimize the downtime. Our electricians have estimated the time required to complete the task at 2 hours.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we strive to build a better facility.

Update 1:15 AM: The maintenance went very smoothly and was completed in under 90 minutes. We were able to supply alternate power to the few dedicated and colo servers involved in the maintenance. We also took the opportunity to replace some failed parts in a couple of servers (acorn for example whose fan inside the power supply had stopped working.)

Again, thank you so much for your patience during this critical maintenance interval.

Update: Maintenance was completely successfully at 8:50 PM PST

Spruce will be taken offline today at 8:30 PM PST for a scheduled maintenance. The maintenance will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Spruce should be back online at 9:30 PM PST.

Spruce will be receiving a massive CPU and processor upgrade, this will greatly improve the performance of Spruce.

UPDATE: We are happy to announce that the software powering Alder's backend is once again operating without failures. The ability to open and close FileMaker 7 Server databases has once again been restored.

Alder is currently down because of a software failure in OpenBase, the database which powers Alder's backend. We are in communication with OpenBase about the software failure and hope to have Alder back online by the end of Wednesday.

The servers affected by this are jasmine, sage and spruce. This will not affect the databases stored on these servers, only the ability to open and close them. If you need a database opened or closed please give us a call and our technical support department will be more then happy to manually open and close them.

Please monitor this website for any updates,
