Colocation customers without card keys requiring access to the datacenter anytime between 6 pm Friday, Sept 4th and 8 am Tuesday Sept 8th will need to contact our NOC for access to the building and elevators as they will be secured throughout the holiday weekend.

In observance of the New Year's Holiday, digital.forest sales and billing will be closed Thursday, January 1st. Normal business operations will resume at 8 AM PST on Friday, January 2nd.

Technical Support will remain open through the holiday.

The Sales, Billing, and Customer Service departments of digital.forest will be closed from 2:30 PM today, through the weekend, opening at 8:00 AM Monday, December 29th.

Technical Support will remain on-site throughout the holiday.

Our building and campus will be closed from 5 PM today through 8 am, Friday December 26th. During that time clients wishing access to the datacenter will need to contact digital.forest Technical Support for building access.

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, digital.forest will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th. We will resume regular business hours at 8am PST Monday December 1st.

Technical Support staff will remain on-site 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period. Please be aware that we'll have limited staff coverage for telephone tech support during the next few days. Please note that our building will be locked throughout the weekend and clients requiring access to the datacenter to work on colocated servers will have to call or email first to be allowed access to the building. On a final note, our building's freight elevator is undergoing repair today and may not be complete before the Intergate.Seattle campus holiday hours begin. This may mean that particular elevator will be out of service through the weekend. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday the digital.forest offices will be closed Monday, May 26th. Sales, Billing, and Customer Service will be unavailable until normal business hours resume on Tuesday, May 27th at 8:00 AM PDT.

Technical Support remains open and available as always.

Tonight (Thursday, December 13, 2007) is our annual digital.forest Christmas party. We're going to close the phones for the evening and ignore the trouble tickets for a little while and relax a bit. We will still be available for emergency issues, but please be patient. This is the ONE time of year we do this and it is just for a few hours. Normal support will resume around 10 tonight.
