Cassia is in dire need of a tech tool run. Downtime shouldn't exceed more than a half hour or so.

We are taking Cassia down for some emergency maintenance this evening. The machine is exhibiting erratic behavior that we hope to resolve with this maintenance. We thank you for your patience while we resolve this matter.

Update @ 10PM: Cassia is still down. We are suspicious of a hardware failure and are swapping the hard drive from Cassia into a new machine in hopes of finding a remedy for all problems with Cassia. We will keep this page updated as we receive more information.

Update, 10:30PM: Cassia is up. The "new" Cassia contains only the hard drive from the original Cassia server; all other hardware is new. Coincidentally, all of the hardware is also functional. All of your data has been preserved and the server is now functioning normally. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Cassia, Kola and Fuji should all be working normally now. Some logging data was lost during the repair time; everything else should be fine. Please let us know if you run into trouble.

We have suffered corruption of settings files for WebSTAR on Cassia, Kola and Fuji, plus the Lasso Data file on Fuji, possibly caused by repeated attempts to break into those servers on the WebSTAR Admin port. We have the servers back up, and are working on restoring the missing settings, which include secure realm information and, on Fuji, the lasso settings. We will also be blocking the admin port.
