Fixed: Support system software problems

It seems that between 4 PM PST and 8 PM PST our support system wouldn't allow the creation of new tickets if you only had one account number with us. We are looking into the problem that caused this but suspect that it was a misconfiguration made by the software developer.

This problem has been fixed and the creation of tickets should once again work. The problem did not effect the tickets already created in the system.
