We experienced an issue with our telephone system over the holiday weekend where our phones reverted to "normal business hours" mode at some point either Sunday night or Monday morning. This meant that if anyone called the support line instead of the message stating we were closed, they would be put on hold in the support queue. We apologize to anyone that experienced that, especially since the music on hold - with our traditional surf-rock Holiday tunes - was also not working.

The issue is under investigation and we'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for your understanding.
