Update: 4:15 PM PDT: The source of the issue has been discovered: an error by a Qwest technician two building south of us. We are awaiting an ETA on fully restored service.

We have received some reports that some telephone calls into our offices are being met with an 'all circuits are busy' message. We are looking into this with our voice provider. At the moment we do not know if it is a regional telephone issue, or one specific to our number.

We are not experiencing any issues with regards to our Internet connectivity.
