Preliminary investigations into what happened last night at our Bothell
facility indicate some sort of failure in our UPS or power distribution
systems. This was not a Utility power failure, but some sort of internal
one. We are going over the data we have with our UPS vendor and should have
more answers soon. Please note that the power interruption was less than a
fraction of a second and many servers were unaffected by this event.

We have reacted to this event with the swiftness and thoroughness that
you’ve come to expect with our company. Additional follow up with those
effected in addition to more specific information at to what happened and
how we plan to address it will be forthcoming.
