quince seems to be one of the last machines that didnt restart after a power failure and hence its longer downtime this morning as we need to run a firmware update on it so it will reboot properly.

UPDATE - Quince is still down as the firmware update needs to be run again. Thanks for your patience.

UPDATE - Now that firmware is updated we are dealing with the original reason quince crashed today. We think there is a Filemaker DB that is hanging the whole server. We are also running TechTools and performing some software upgrades.
