Attention all Butternut users: As part of our emergency repairs two weeks ago, we installed a temporary disk in Butternut, onto which we restored your data. We are now prepared to install a permanent disk.

We have already duplicated the data onto the permanent disk. At 5:00 this evening, we will shut down Butternut for approximately 15 minutes to sync the data changes from the temporary disk to the permanent one, install the permanent disk, and re-rack the server. We expect the server to be back up by 5:15pm.
