eNewsletters are a highly effective mechanism for customer and prospect communications. Due to recent SPAM legislation, opt-in email communications are even more critical to delivering content to your key audiences.
We find that businesses often require a simple and effective tool to manage HTML email campaigns to their Web site
Users. We have developed our own HTML E-Mail Newsletter Manager for just this purpose.
This component includes the following:
- We will implement an area on your Web site where users can opt-in or sign up for your newsletter. Either a separate area or add a check-box to an existing form. The Emails then get put into a database.
- Includes a simple page where users can un-subscribe, automatically deleting their email from the database. The link to this page gets sent to them in each newsletter.
- Includes the design of an HTML template for the Newsletter, mirroring the graphic look of your Website.
Administration Functionality - You have your own private Web site administration area where you can:
- Add or Delete emails from the database.
- Download a tab or comma de-limited list of the emails in the database.
- Compose an email with Title, Date, Body Text and a few Images and send a preview to your own email address.
- Send the email off to your list when you are sure it is ready.
Note: Digital Forest' Newsletter Solution requires the website hosting account to include php and mySQL.
