Billing & Customer Care Specialist

The position includes daily invoicing and payment application, responding to client account inquiries, setting up new accounts, processing service changes, performing account reconciliations, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and approach to problem solving, a professional demeanor, and the flexibility to accommodate the company’s changing needs and requirements.

Additionally, the following qualifications are desired:

-Experience with, and a solid working knowledge of QuickBooks
-Experience with, and/or the ability to quickly learn and understand technology –related concepts and terms
-General accounting experience
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Application
